ANAND MANNE
Managing Director
Anand Manne holds degrees in Electronics & Physics from SV University and Electronics Design Technology, CEDT, from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He began his career as an R&D Engineer with Elico Ltd. and later served as R&D Head for Physical Plant Services at ICRISAT.
Driven by a passion for technology and entrepreneurship, he founded Polmon and has led its growth over more than three decades. As Managing Director, Anand leads the strategic and future direction of the organisation, while continuing to be closely involved in new technology and product development. His strong technical foundation and entrepreneurial vision continue to guide Polmon as it expands into new technologies, businesses and markets.
USHARANI MANNE
Director – Finance & Administration
Usharani Manne holds a Diploma in Electronics Engineering and an Executive MBA from OUBS, UK. She began her career with Greaves Semiconductors Ltd., Hyderabad, where she worked for seven years, before becoming a Founder-Director of Polmon Instruments Pvt. Ltd.
Usha has played an integral role in building the systems and foundations that have supported Polmon’s growth over the years. She oversees Finance, HR, Administration and Infrastructure, strengthening financial discipline, organisational effectiveness, employee welfare and Polmon’s workplace culture. She has also been instrumental in expanding Polmon’s physical footprint and infrastructure across Nizampet, Pashamylaram, Sultanpur, Vishakapatnam and Gujarat, supporting the organisation’s continued growth.
ANVESH MANNE
Director – Technology & Development
Anvesh Manne holds undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Before joining Polmon, he worked with leading global technology companies including Apple and NVIDIA, gaining experience in product and technology development.
Anvesh joined Polmon in 2010 and today plays a key role in Strategy, R&D and Business Development. He works closely with Polmon’s technical and business teams to identify new opportunities, develop technologies and solutions, and translate customer and market requirements into areas for future growth. His focus is on strengthening Polmon’s technology capabilities, developing new businesses and shaping the organisation’s strategic growth.
JYOTHI MANNE
Director
Jyothi Manne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Duke University, USA. Prior to joining Polmon, she worked in project controls and product management with Parsons in the USA and co-founded Instillmotion, a design-thinking and innovation consulting firm.
Jyothi joined Polmon in 2011 and currently leads Commercial Operations and Supply Chain. Her focus is on strengthening commercial processes, procurement and supply-chain effectiveness, while working closely with the ERP team to streamline processes, strengthen controls and improve operational visibility. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, she brings a process-driven approach to improving efficiency, cross-functional coordination and execution across the organisation.
