Job Description
- Own complete manufacturing and assembly operations for industrial chillers and heat-pump systems.
- Lead fabrication, refrigeration piping, brazing/welding, heat-exchanger assembly, mechanical assembly, electrical integration, insulation and final testing.
- Have hands-on manufacturing experience with higher-capacity industrial heat pumps up to approximately 500 kW.
- Establish manufacturing processes for heat-pump modules, hot-water circuits, refrigeration circuits, compressors, heat exchangers and associated components.
- Establish robust processes for refrigeration piping, brazing, pressure testing, leak testing, evacuation, charging and functional/performance testing.
- Develop production layouts, workstations, tooling, fixtures, standard work and assembly methods.
- Improve productivity, cycle time, manpower utilization, manufacturing capacity and material flow.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous-improvement practices.
- Develop manufacturing quality checkpoints and first-time-right practices for chillers and heat pumps.
- Lead prototype-to-production transfer and manufacturing ramp-up of new chiller and heat-pump models.
- Work closely with Design Engineering on DFM/DFA and resolve manufacturing issues arising during product development.
- Develop and manage vendors for fabrication, sheet metal, machining, heat exchangers, piping and other critical components.
- Drive reduction in rework, rejection, material wastage, manufacturing cost and production lead time.
- Build and manage production engineers, supervisors and skilled technicians; establish competency and training matrices.
- Establish manufacturing KPIs covering output, OEE, productivity, quality, rework, delivery and cost.
- Build a scalable manufacturing organization capable of producing higher-capacity chillers and heat pumps reliably and repeatedly.

Job Description
- Lead manufacturing operations for industrial chillers, refrigeration systems and higher-capacity heat pumps up to approximately 500 kW.
- Establish manufacturing processes, layouts, standard work, tooling, fixtures, work instructions and production KPIs.
- Lead production scale-up for new chiller and heat-pump models up to approximately 500 kW.
- Supervise daily production, manpower allocation, work orders, material availability, routing and assembly activities.
- Implement standard methods for fabrication, refrigeration piping, brazing/welding, heat-exchanger assembly, mechanical assembly and insulation.
- Establish and enforce pressure testing, leak testing, evacuation, refrigerant charging and functional/performance-testing procedures.
- Ensure first-time-right quality and reduce rework, rejection, cycle time and manufacturing cost.
- Work with Design Engineering on DFM/DFA, prototype-to-production transfer and manufacturing issue resolution.
- Coordinate vendors for sheet metal, fabrication, machining, heat exchangers, piping and other components.
- Develop supervisors, engineers and technicians through structured training and competency matrices.
- Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, safety and continuous improvement. Establish OEE, productivity, quality, delivery and cost dashboards and drive corrective actions.
- Hands-on experience manufacturing higher-capacity industrial heat pumps up to approximately 500 kW is strongly preferred.
ENGINEERS
ENGINEER - MANUFACTURING

- 3 to 10 years relevant experience, with practical manufacturing exposure. Manufacturing Engineers should be stronger in workshop processes, assembly, piping, testing, quality and production engineering.

Job Description
- Execute manufacturing and assembly activities for industrial chillers, refrigeration systems and heat pumps up to approximately 500 kW.
- Establish and improve manufacturing processes, standard work instructions, production methods, tooling, fixtures and workstation layouts.
- Support fabrication, refrigeration piping, brazing/welding, heat-exchanger assembly, mechanical assembly, electrical integration, insulation and final assembly.
- Implement and maintain processes for pressure testing, leak testing, evacuation, refrigerant charging and functional/performance testing.
- Support production of industrial heat pumps up to approximately 500 kW, including high-temperature and hot-water applications.
- Plan and coordinate production activities, including manpower allocation, work orders, material availability, routing and assembly sequence.
- Improve productivity, cycle time, manpower utilization, manufacturing capacity, material flow and overall production efficiency.
- Establish quality checkpoints and ensure first-time-right manufacturing while reducing rework, rejection and material wastage.
- Coordinate with Design Engineering on DFM/DFA, prototype-to-production transfer, design changes and resolution of manufacturing issues.
- Support prototype assembly, pilot production, testing, validation and production ramp-up of new chiller and heat-pump models.
- Coordinate with vendors for sheet metal, fabrication, machining, heat exchangers, piping and other critical components.
- Maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process standards, production records and revision control.
- Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous-improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Establish and monitor manufacturing KPIs covering productivity, output, quality, rework, cycle time, delivery and cost.
- Work as a hands-on manufacturing engineering resource and continuously improve manufacturing efficiency, product quality, reliability and cost competitiveness.
