Fuelled by his passion towards technology, Anand Manne started his own venture Polmon Instruments Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad in the year 1992 to offer State of art , integrated Measurement & Control solutions in Instrumentation, Automation, IT enabled solutions for Life Sciences industry. Anand Manne is armed with degrees in Electronics & Physics from SV University, Anantpur and in Electronics Design Technology (CEDT) from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He started his career with Elico Ltd in 1980 as R&D engineer. |

Later he joined with ICRISAT and offered his services for 5 years. He spearheaded the R&D division in Physical Plant Services.
He believes that Customer is the product designer. Under his tutelage it has been an exciting journey of learning, innovation and growth for Polmon. |

Mrs. Usharani Manne,
Director |

Usharani is a Diploma Engineer in Electronics and holds MBA (Executive) degree from OUBS, UK. She started her career with Greaves Semiconductors Ltd, Hyderabad and served for 7 years.
She is the founder Director of Polmon Instruments Pvt Ltd. Her foresight and vision has been instrumental in shaping the growth of Polmon. |

Mr. Anvesh Manne,
Director |

Anvesh is an Honors graduate in Bachelors and Masters of Engineering majoring in Electrical & Computer Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University, USA. During his course he interned from Apple Inc. and Service.Inc.
He started his career with NVidia, USA and served for 2 years. He joined with Polmon from 1st May 2010. |

Mr. D.Ravindra Reddy,

Ravindra Reddy is an Electronics Engineer from Nagpur University. He is heading Products division at Polmon. He is responsible for Marketing (Instruments), R & D, Production and System Admin departments. His career with Polmon spans 17 years and he has vast experience in product conceptualization, design, development, testing, production and placement. He was instrumental in getting ISO certification for Polmon. |

Over these years, he conceptualized, designed and developed various analytical & process instruments for the life science industry to meet productivity, safety and regulatory requirements. He has proven expertise in building Marketing, R&D and Production teams. He believes in working with a relentless passion and zeal to succeed and fulfill commitments. |

Mr. Srinivas Raavi,

Srinivas is an Electronics Engineer from Maratwada University and holds MBA degree from Nagarjuna University. His career with Polmon spans 17 years. He is heading Marketing – Automation. He has domain expertise in API process. He established Automation department in Polmon and was instrumental in making Automation division a profitable business vertical. He fuelled identification of new products lines like Data loggers, Clean room products etc to Polmon’s product range. |

Mr. H.K.Kampli,

Kampli is a Commerce graduate from Karnataka University.He started his career with Hegde & Golay, Shree Shaila Watch Complex, Bangalore in the year 1977. He joined with Hyderabad Industries Ltd in 1981. In 1985 he has joined with Greaves Cotton & Co Ltd – Semi Conductor Unit, Hyderabad. He is associated with Polmon since 2002. He is heading Finance, Materials & Admin departments at Polmon. |

He has vast experience in the areas of Costing, General Accounts, Commercial Accounts, Material Account, Production Planning & Control, Finance, HR & Admin. He headed the PPC Department for more than a decade and a half in his previous role. He is spiritual by nature and he advocates versatility. |

Ratnakar holds a M.Sc(Tech) degree in Applied Physics (Instrumentation)from Andhra University. He is associated with Polmon for over 6 years now and is responsible for Project Execution, Service and implementing Training concepts. He has 22 years of vast experience in Continuous Process Industries, designing instrument loops for power plants and revamping imported hydraulic equipments. He is a member of ISA – Hyderabad section. |

Seshu is a Post Graduate in Applied Electronics from Marathwada University. His career with Polmon spans 15 years. He is heading Marketing & operations of Fermentors and Heat Transfer systems division. He is a seasoned professional in Marketing and Business development of Process Control Instruments. He is instrumental in widening Polmon’s customer base to 600 in number. |

Bujjai is an electronics and Communication Engineer from Jawaharlal Nehru College of Engineering- Hyderabad. He started his career with Elico marketing – Hyderabad from 1997. He joined Polmon in the year 2008. He has considerable experience in selling and servicing of analytical and process instruments of latest technology. |

In his career span of over 15 years, he has assumed various roles and has proven abilities in adapting to challenging business environments. He has ability for identifying sales opportunities and believes in total customer support and satisfaction. |

Bhargavi is a Post Graduate in English from Nagarjuna University and holds a PG Diploma in Personnel Management from Alagappa University. She started her career with Polmon in 1999 and is responsible for maintaining cordial business relation with customers and ensuring total customer satisfaction, focusing more on customer orientation and meeting their timely requirements and coordinating with the support teams. |

She has commensurate experience in looking after the operations of Instruments Sales and post sale services. She has contributed immensely towards opening branch offices in Vizag and Ahmedabad and also towards enhancing the customer base of Polmon. |

Vijaya Bhaskar is a Mechanical Engineer from Gulberga University. He is associated with Polmon for over 5 years and is responsible for design & manufacturing of Pressure vessels, Bioreactors and Heat Transfer systems. He has 10 years of vast experience with BHPV, L&T and SEC Industries. He has considerable expertise in welding techniques. Vijay Bhaskar is a certified Level II NDT inspector. |
